1959年、ノルウェーでエルゼ・バーントセン・ヒューズとポール・C・ヒューズ夫妻により設立されたジュエリーブランド。ロストワックス鋳造による彫刻的なデザインを得意とし、北欧モダンジュエリーの中でも際立った存在感を放ちます。1978年、ポールの死を機にエルゼは制作から離れましたが、その作品は今なお多くの人々を魅了し続けています。
